In Spring 2005, the Freedom Project completed the expansion of our LEAD Center in Sunflower. We turned three lots of an abandoned storefront property into the LEAD Center, a bright place of educational opportunity where our students can work to become the leaders they have the potential to be. Our expansion gave us a new classroom, a stage, and a larger martial arts training area. We give a loud, "Thank you!" to all the generous supporters who bought bricks and sent donations to help fund our expansion. Thanks to your generosity, our students now enjoy more room to work and grow. |
