Join the Freedom Project

Before accepting a new Fellow, Freedom Project staff members interview prospective candidates and their families to ensure that students and families understand the work and dedication involved in being a part of this program. The Freedom Project does not seek simply honor roll students or students at the top of their classes. On the contrary, the Freedom Project looks for motivated students with the desire and will power to make the most of their lives.

All new Freedom Fellows must write an essay detailing why they wish to be a part of the Fellowship. They and their families must then read and sign the Commitment to LEAD: Love, Education, Action, and Discipline. We take this commitment very seriously. It represents our determination to do everything in our power to make our Fellows the best young leaders they can possibly be.
