Commitment to LEAD

Before accepting a new Fellow, the Freedom Project interviews prospective candidates and their families to be sure that they understand all the work that is involved in being part of our program. We do not look simply for honor roll students or kids at the top of their class -- we want young people with desire, the will to make the most of their lives.

New Fellows must write an essay explaining why they want to be part of the Fellowship and, most importantly, they and their families must sign the Commitment to Love, Education, Action and Discipline. We take this commitment very seriously. It represents our determination to do everything in our power to make our Fellows the best young leaders they possibly can be.
